What It Does
The Character Arc Analyzer maps one character's inner journey: their want (external goal), need (internal truth), the lie they believe, and the ghost behind it. Then it checks the seven classic arc beats against your actual chapters - with evidence for each beat it finds.
You get an arc-type diagnosis (positive change, flat, negative fall, corruption, disillusionment), a completion score, and a list of missing beats with concrete scene suggestions to earn the transformation.
How to Use It
Pick a Project and a Character
Enter the character's name exactly as it appears in your manuscript. Works for protagonists and major side characters.
Cover the Whole Arc
Select chapters from the beginning, middle, and end so the AI can see the full trajectory - not just the setup.
Fill the Missing Beats
The missing-beats list tells you exactly which scenes to add or strengthen so the change feels earned.
