Tools pause until your monthly reset (Student and Full) — your manuscripts, notes, and editor are never locked. Free-plan credits are one-time, so upgrading is the way to refill. Your free monthly autocompletes keep working regardless.
Because coaching only works if you use it constantly. We deliberately discount Spark conversations to one-third of standard credit cost so talking through your story never feels expensive.
